Magnolia Wellness Collaborative supports individuals and couples through the many transitions that shape our lives, whether joyful, painful, or somewhere in between. The practice is rooted in a relational, holistic approach that values empathy, curiosity, and collaboration.
Areas of focus include navigating the perinatal experience, working through grief and loss (in all its forms), managing anxiety or depression, strengthening relationships, and deepening self-understanding.

INTERVENTIONS
Magnolia Wellness Collaborative offers in-person and telehealth services to adults aged 18+ for individual and couples therapy. We are committed to creating a collaborative, safe, and supportive environment for clients.
Our therapists combine multiple therapeutic approaches to accommodate each client’s support and care needs. These approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy skills (DBT), mindfulness, systems theory, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy skills (CPT), Gottman, and Emotionally Focused Therapy interventions, and other modalities.

MEET
Julia Wegmann, LCSW
Julia Wegmann, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to adults and couples, both in-person and virtually. Julia takes an individualized approach to care, creating a flexible and supportive space for clients navigating a wide range of life experiences.
Julia’s work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through insight, collaboration, and a strong therapeutic relationship. She supports clients facing challenges related to:

Grief related to death, as well as ambiguous grief from other forms of loss
Julia has particular expertise in supporting clients through the perinatal period, including fertility journeys, the transition to parenthood, and postpartum adjustment. She is attuned to the unique experiences of women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and clients with intersectional identities.
Her approach integrates clinical knowledge with a grounded, compassionate presence—meeting clients wherever they are with curiosity and care.
Julia earned her Master of Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePaul University. She also offers clinical supervision and consultation for fellow mental health professionals.
