Magnolia Wellness Collaborative focuses on supporting individuals and couples through life’s many changes. Our holistic approach fosters empathetic, collaborative therapy that empowers clients in processing the perinatal journey, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, learning about themselves and loved ones, and bettering relationships. Improving behavioral health and wellness is at the core of Magnolia Wellness Collaborative.



INTERVENTIONS

Magnolia Wellness Collaborative provides in-person and telehealth therapy services to adults, aged 18+ for individual and couples therapy. We are committed to creating a collaborative, safe, and supportive environment for clients, both virtually and in person.
Our therapists combine multiple therapeutic approaches to accommodate each client’s support and care needs. These approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy skills (DBT), mindfulness, systems theory, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, trauma informed therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy skills (CPT) Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy interventions, etc.

MEET
Julia Wegmann, LCSW
Julia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing therapy to adults both in-person and virtually. By acknowledging that each client presents with unique experiences, Julia strives to create an open, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic space to foster client insights and growth.

Julia’s skills and areas of expertise include supporting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem. Julia values the intersectional experiences of women, bipoc clients, and LGBTQI+ clients.
Julia specializes in working with individuals and couples as they navigate becoming parents and through the perinatal period. She also focuses on supporting clients struggling with grief from a death, as well as processing ambiguous grief that comes with other forms of loss. Julia uses a holistic approach to encourage healthy processing and acceptance.
Julia earned her Master of Social Work from The Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, and her undergraduate degree in Psychology at DePaul University. Julia has been practicing in the field for twelve years.
Julia is also happy to discuss supervisory and consultative services offered.
